Description
Baozi is a very popular Chinese food, a daily meal. People can have it for three meals a day since the fillings could be of big variation. The big difference between Baozi and Chinese dumpling Jiaozi is that people usually steam baozi with bamboo steamer while boiling dumplings in hot water. Besides, Baozi is bigger than Jiaozi in size. The fillings of Baozi can be pork or beef mixed with vegetables. We will have both kinds of fillings in this class. Both of them are popular with gourmet taste.
Besides Baozi, you will also enjoy Tomato Egg Soup, which is Shuling’s special recipe.
Snacks, wine, beer and take-home food will be provided, but feel free to bring your own drinks.
