Summer isn’t over ’till it’s over — let’s celebrate the mojito while we can! We will focus on making real mojitos with fresh ingredients. You will learn how mojito flavors work; the importance of balance between the sugar and the acid of the lime. We will do a blind taste-test comparing mojitos made with Montanya vs. Bacardi rums to answer the question – “I really don’t care – Do u?”
In addition we will have guacamole dip with chips and vegetables and we’ll make carne asade (marinated grilled steak; grilled chicken available on request – write a note when booking) tacos with soft tortillas, a delightful salsa, and other fillings. You can cancel up to 24 hours before the class starts. Adults 21 and over only please. We can make non-alcoholic mojitos also for those who prefer, and beer and apple juice will be available. Join us!
